Perhaps renting a piano might be the alternative to buying a piano, until you are sure piano playing and lessons, are the direction you are going. You can eliminate some of the headaches associated with buying a piano. Moving and tuning can all be taken care of by the "Piano Guy". If at the end of the rental term, it hasn't worked out we simply pick up the piano, and you are done. If you decide to keep the piano, $$ already paid will be credited to purchase price.
